Build 0002

Another week, another build, biggest changes this week are the NPC systems and file io fixes.  NPC's (only one right now) will ask you for a friendly favor, like bringing them a few flowers, and reward the player with some delightful seeds or other trinkets in return. Automated file io makes sure that when you come back later, NPC's still want the same stuff.
